Troubleshooting and support

Resolve search, camera, report and backup problems safely.

Read the action’s message before retrying. Do not delete app data or uninstall the app to solve a file or search problem without a backup.

Quick steps

1. For scanning, check camera permission or enter the code manually. Check filters when inventory results are missing.
2. Under More → Data and privacy, use Rebuild search index or Check data health. Search repair preserves inventory records.
3. For export or restore errors, keep the original files and check storage and file access. Contact product support with platform, app version and the error.

Important: Do not send confidential attachments or payment details to support. Keep your original backup if restoration fails.
