Sets and components

Group equipment into reusable sets, define required quantities, and identify incomplete sets before work begins.

Sets link existing equipment records without hiding the original items. Completeness reflects the required components and quantities.

Quick steps

1. Open Inventory organization and choose the Sets section.
2. Create or open a set, then add existing equipment with the required quantity.
3. Review Set complete or Set incomplete before the set leaves the workshop.

Linked records: A component remains a normal equipment record with its own location, condition, handover, maintenance, and history.
