Locations and movement history

Build workshop, vehicle, job-site, cabinet, shelf, and compartment hierarchies and move equipment with history.

Locations can be nested to match real storage and work areas. Every equipment move records its previous and new path.

Quick steps

1. Open Inventory organization and create a top-level location such as a workshop, vehicle, or job site.
2. Add child locations such as a cabinet, shelf, or compartment.
3. Move one or more items and review the recorded from-to path in equipment history.

Safe archiving: Move equipment and child locations before archiving a location that is still in use.
