Search, scan, filters, and labels

Find equipment with search, saved filters or camera scanning.

Search matches names, inventory numbers, barcodes, QR codes, tags and locations.

Quick steps

1. Enter text in inventory search and narrow results with More filters; save useful filters.
2. Choose Scan and allow camera access, or enter a code manually, to open an existing matching record.
3. Open an equipment record and choose QR inventory label to create its PDF label.

Important: The QR code contains only the local item identifier. It does not create a public online equipment page.
