Search, scan, filters, and labels

Find equipment by text or code, use saved filters, scan with the camera, and create local QR inventory labels.

Inventory search covers names, codes, tags, and locations. The camera scanner opens an existing matching item; manual code entry remains available.

Quick steps

1. Enter a name, inventory number, barcode, QR code, tag, or location in Search.
2. Use More filters to narrow status, condition, category, tag, or location and save useful filter sets.
3. Use Scan or enter a code manually; create a QR inventory label from Reports when needed.

Label privacy: A Kitrivio QR inventory label contains only the local item identifier. It does not contain account or cloud data.
