Inventory and equipment records

Create equipment, record identity and condition, attach files, manage purchase details, and preserve history when archiving.

An equipment record combines identity, location, status, handovers, service, defects, purchase and warranty, files, custom fields, components, and history.

Quick steps

1. Choose Add item and enter at least a name; add codes, category, location, tags, and notes when useful.
2. Open an item to review its sections, edit details, report a defect, move it, or create an equipment report.
3. Archive only when the item is not handed out; history and references remain preserved.

Free creation limit: Free blocks only creation above 25 active inventory items. Existing records remain visible, usable, reportable, and included in backups.
