Maintenance plans and history

Create recurring maintenance plans, use checklists, complete work, and preserve completed or archived maintenance history.

Maintenance plans connect a task and due date to an equipment record. An optional interval schedules the next due date after completion.

Quick steps

1. Choose Add maintenance and select the equipment, title, due date, interval, notes, and checklist tasks.
2. Open a due plan, confirm checklist results, and record provider, cost, and notes when applicable.
3. Complete the plan to preserve history and schedule the next due date, or archive the plan without deleting history.
