Maintenance plans and history

Schedule maintenance and retain completed work.

A maintenance plan links a task and due date to equipment; an optional interval creates the next due date after completion.

Quick steps

1. Open Maintenance → Add maintenance and choose equipment, title, date, interval, notes and checklist tasks.
2. Open a plan, check its tasks and record provider, cost and notes where relevant.
3. Complete the work or archive the plan when it is no longer needed.

Important: Completed maintenance history remains available. Dates and report values follow the selected language.
