Reports, sharing, printing, and QR labels

Share or save six localized PDF report types and QR inventory labels, then use the operating system’s Print action when needed.

Kitrivio generates reports and privacy-minimized QR inventory labels as PDFs. Use Share / Export to save the PDF or send it to another app.

Quick steps

1. Open Reports and select a report type, filters, equipment record, or handover as required.
2. Review the PDF preview, then open Share / Export to share or save it.
3. To print a report or label, choose Print in the operating system’s share menu.

Localized output: Report labels, dates, decimals, and currencies follow the selected language and region. User-entered names and identifiers are kept unchanged.
