Reports, sharing, printing, and QR labels

Create six PDF report types and equipment QR labels.

Reports cover inventory, equipment files, handovers, returns, maintenance and restocking. Reports are separate from complete backups.

Quick steps

1. Open More → Reports, select a report and any filters or records. Return reports require a completed return.
2. For a QR label, open the equipment record and choose QR inventory label.
3. Review the PDF and choose Share / Export. Save or share it using the system menu; use Print if offered, or print from a compatible PDF app.

Important: Labels, dates and numbers follow the selected language; your entered names and identifiers remain unchanged.
