Complete backup, restore, and reset

Back up all records and files, restore safely and inspect storage.

A complete backup includes the database and app-owned attachments, with file integrity checks. It is not encrypted.

Quick steps

1. Open More → Data and privacy → Create backup and choose destination. Save the ZIP through the system menu and check that it exists at your chosen destination.
2. Choose Validate and restore backup, select the ZIP, review its checked date and file count, then confirm replacement of current data.
3. Storage shows database and attachment usage; it does not change their storage location. Use Reset application data only to intentionally remove local app data and files.

Important: Keep backups in a protected location. Restore checks the package before replacing data; a PDF report cannot restore your inventory.
