Consumables and stock changes

Track consumable quantities and minimums, book receipts or use, correct counts, and review restocking recommendations.

Consumables use quantity movements rather than individual equipment records. Each change records a reason and resulting stock.

Quick steps

1. Open the Stock section and create a consumable with its unit, quantity, and optional minimum.
2. Book a receipt, use, return to stock, correction, or a new total.
3. Review items at or below minimum and create the restocking report when needed.

Review before saving: The stock form shows the resulting quantity before a movement is saved, including negative corrections.
