Documents, images and attachments
Add local documents and photos, edit their metadata, assign them to records, open, share and remove them safely.
Add a document
Open Documents, choose Add document, then Import document. The picker accepts PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG and HEIC files. Add title, type, issuer, reference, dates, notes and links, then choose Save. Propivio copies the selected file into its private app storage.
Photos
Use Take photo for the camera or Choose photos for the photo library. Imported images are oriented, resized when necessary and stored internally as JPEG with a thumbnail. You can edit photo type, caption and capture date and set a property cover image.
Documents can link to a property, unit, asset, contract or repair. Search and filters stay local. Opening or sharing hands the chosen private copy to the operating system and then to the app you select.
A physical attachment is removed only after its final link is removed. Propivio does not provide OCR or automatic document analysis.
TXT files are also supported. If an attachment is missing, open the existing document and choose Import document to select the original again. A failed import preserves the existing document. Opening a file needs a compatible viewer on the device.
Interactive search requires JavaScript. All pages remain available in the contents.
