Create and manage properties
Create properties, edit their core details, archive and reactivate them, or permanently delete local property data.
Core details
Under Properties, active and archived properties are kept in separate lists. A property can store name, type, use, address, country, year built, purchase and sale details, areas, energy details, registry reference and notes.
To add one, choose Add property, complete the required name and useful details, then choose Save. Open an existing property and choose Edit to change it. Purchase price belongs to the core record; dated valuations record later values and sources.
Archive, reactivate or delete
Archive removes a property from the active list without deleting records or attachments. A manually archived property can be restored while the Free two-property limit is respected.
If Plus ends with more than two active properties, you select exactly two. The others become read-only entitlement archives and are not deleted. Reactivating Plus restores only those entitlement archives.
Use Delete only after reading the confirmation. Archiving is safer when you merely want to stop active work.
