Import, export and reports

Export property package creates a portable copy of one property with supported related records and attachments. It normally requires Plus. A neutral portability export remains available for a property archived because Plus ended. Payment accounts and protected payment data are never included.

To import, open Backup and restore, choose Import property package, select the package, review record and attachment counts, and confirm. Propivio validates checksums, assigns new internal identifiers and creates a separate local copy. The active-property limit still applies.

Plus can generate supported PDF reports and CSV exports. Choose the contents, then save or share the generated file through the operating system. These exports are snapshots of local entries, not accounting records, legal evidence or professional appraisals.

Check included addresses, contacts, images and documents before sharing. The destination’s privacy rules apply after transfer.
