Import, export and reports
Transfer one property as a package, use neutral data portability and create supported PDF or CSV exports.
Export property package creates a separate copy of one property, its related records and attachments. Export and import require Plus; a portability export remains available for properties archived when Plus ends. Protected payment data is excluded. A property package is not a full backup.
Under More > Backup and restore choose Import property package, select a package, check its summary and confirm. Import adds a new local copy rather than merging with an existing property. Repeated imports can create duplicates.
For PDF reports, open More > Reports, select a property and choose whether to Include images. Plus provides these reports:
- Property file, Handover report, Acceptance report, Condition report.
- Repair report, Contractor package, Insurance case package, Maintenance history.
- Meter reading report, Expense report, Asset register, Contract overview.
Selecting a report creates a PDF and opens it in a compatible viewer. Save or share from that viewer if it offers those actions. If it cannot open, check that a PDF viewer is installed.
Export CSV on the same page requires Plus and opens the system sharing dialog. It exports expenses from all properties, including archived ones, even though you opened the page through one property. Check the file before sharing. CSV amounts are in the currency’s minor units (for example, cents); this is not a formatted expense report. CSV is not a backup and cannot be imported through property-package import.
Reports reflect your saved entries; they do not verify their completeness or replace professional advice. Exported files can contain private information.
