Propivio Free and Plus
Understand the two-active-property limit, Plus tools, expiry behavior and the current state of store purchase testing.
Propivio Free supports up to two active properties. Standard backup and restore remain Free, and core contacts, tasks, documents, meters, contracts, occupancies and expenses are not universally locked behind Plus.
Propivio Plus is intended as an auto-renewing annual subscription. It enables more than two active properties and advanced tools such as property packages, custom fields and templates, reports and CSV, encrypted backup, advanced partner data and the occupancy calendar.
The price shown by Apple App Store or Google Play is authoritative and can vary by region. This help does not hard-code a price.
If Plus ends with more than two active properties, you select exactly two. The others become read-only entitlement archives; no records or attachments are deleted. Reactivating Plus restores only those entitlement archives.
Use Restore purchases and Manage subscription on the Plus screen. Apple and Google entitlements do not automatically transfer between platforms.
