Propivio Free and Plus

Propivio Free supports up to two active properties. Standard backup and restore remain Free, and core contacts, tasks, documents, meters, contracts, occupancies and expenses are not universally locked behind Plus.

Propivio Plus is an auto-renewing annual subscription. It enables more than two active properties and advanced tools such as property packages, custom fields and templates, reports and CSV, encrypted backup, advanced partner data and the occupancy calendar.

The price and purchase terms shown by Apple App Store or Google Play are authoritative and can vary by region. This help does not hard-code a price or promise an introductory offer or free trial. Purchases renew and can be cancelled through the store account used for the subscription.

If Plus ends with more than two active properties, you select exactly two. The others become read-only entitlement archives; no records or attachments are deleted. Reactivating Plus restores only those entitlement archives.

Use Restore purchases and Manage subscription on the Plus screen. Restoring a purchase restores only the store entitlement: it does not synchronize properties, attachments or other local data. Apple and Google entitlements do not automatically transfer between platforms.
