Expenses, assets, values and warranties

Under a property’s Expenses section, choose Add expense and enter date, amount, currency, category, provider or partner, notes and links. A receipt is stored as a local attachment. Propivio has expense categories but no separate cost-center workflow and no accounting or tax calculation.

Assets can store manufacturer, model, serial number, location, installation and replacement dates, expected lifetime, warranty end, installer, notes, photos and documents.

Purchase and sale prices belong to the property. Dated valuations record value, currency and source; they are not professional appraisals. Inspections and handovers can contain status and check items. Repair cases store description, priority, status, assignment, planned date, cost and attachments.

Custom fields, custom templates, professional PDF reports and CSV exports are Plus tools. Bundled templates can remain available without Plus.

Under More > Custom fields, Plus lets you add a field, choose the record type, name, data type and any choices, then save. Fill it in on the matching record. Existing field definitions remain readable without Plus; read the warning before deleting a field.

Under More > Templates, select tasks, repairs, inspections or occupancies. Open a bundled template and apply it to create a record, then review the proposed values before saving. Bundled templates are available in Free; creating or editing your own templates requires Plus.

More > Analytics with Plus shows active-property count and purchase, current-value and expense totals, separated by currency. This local overview is independent of optional usage analytics consent.
