Getting started with Propivio
Set up Propivio and create your first property, task, document and meter reading using the current app workflow.
- Open Propivio and read the local-storage information.
- Choose an accent color; you can change it later in Settings.
- Choose whether to create a property, create the sample property, or start without one.
- Add tasks, documents and meters from their respective areas.
Who Propivio is for
Propivio is designed for one person managing their own properties locally. It can organize rooms, files, contacts, tasks, meters, contracts, occupancies, expenses and the other records described in this help. It has no account, team roles or automatic cloud sync.
Create the first property
- Open Properties in the main navigation.
- Choose Add property.
- Enter at least a name. Add type, use, address, purchase details, areas, energy details and notes when useful.
- Choose Save.
Open Tasks and Add task for your first task. Use Documents and Add document for a local file. Inside a property, open Meters, create a meter, then choose Add meter reading.
Camera, photo, file and notification permission is requested only when you use the related action.
Before you begin, you can leave App language on System Default or choose one of the 15 languages under More > Appearance. The choice remains saved after a restart; Hebrew uses RTL. Native system dialogs may continue to follow the iOS or platform language.
