Use the five main destinations, property sections, timeline and local search to find and maintain Propivio records.
Five main destinations
The bottom navigation contains Home, Properties, Tasks, Documents and More. Home summarizes current items and quick actions. Properties opens active and archived properties. Tasks and Documents provide cross-property lists. More contains search, contacts and partners, occupancies, backup, data checks, appearance, Propivio Plus, privacy and app information.
Property sections
Open a property to reach its overview, units, areas, meters, assets, contracts, tasks, repairs, documents, contacts, expenses and timeline. Values, inspections and custom fields are integrated into the same property context.
The search reads local records only. Clear names, titles and reference numbers make results easier to find. The timeline presents supported events in date order; it is not an immutable audit log.
