Tasks and local reminders
Create, edit and complete tasks and configure recurrence, completion history and local notification reminders.
Open Tasks and choose Add task. Add title, description, due date, priority and status. Optionally link a property, unit, area or asset, choose recurrence and enable a reminder, then save.
Tasks can be edited, marked with Mark complete or deleted. Completion history is kept separately. Recurrence supports none, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual and a custom day interval. Completing a recurring task calculates its next due date.
When you enable a reminder, Propivio requests notification permission. If permission is denied, the task remains saved but the reminder is disabled. Reminders are scheduled locally in the device time zone; there is no notification server.
Contract, warranty, meter and repair reminders are not fully wired through every current workflow.
