Tasks and local reminders

Open Tasks > Add task. Enter a title, due date, priority and status; add notes and an optional property, unit, area or asset. Enable the reminder and save. If notification permission is denied, the task is saved with its reminder off. Allow notifications in the device settings, then enable the reminder again.

Recurrence can be daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual or a custom number of days, or turned off. Mark complete records completion and moves a recurring task to its next due date. Check the new reminder time.

Saving a changed time or using Snooze replaces the previous reminder. Turning the reminder off, pausing the task or deleting it cancels the pending notification. Completing a one-off task cancels its reminder; completing a recurring task schedules the next future occurrence. Reopening a task only schedules an enabled reminder whose time is still in the future.

Reminders are local and use the device time zone. App startup checks future reminders; Android restores pending reminders after a device restart. After force-stopping Propivio, open it again. Past reminder times are not replayed. Permission, battery saving and focus settings can delay or suppress delivery; exact delivery times are not guaranteed. For contract or warranty deadlines, create an explicit task with a reminder.
