Privacy and local data

Propivio stores property records, contacts, documents and photos locally in its private app storage. No Propivio account or mandatory cloud sync is required. Make your own backups outside the app.

Optional Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics are off by default. After onboarding, you choose whether to allow usage and diagnostic data. Change this shared choice under More > About Propivio > Analytics & diagnostics. Declining does not disable property management.

With consent, technical identifiers, device/app information, approximate location derived by the service, usage events, purchase-related events and crash diagnostics may be processed. Your saved property records, documents and photos are not intended as analytics content. These services require network access; the data is not completely anonymous. The platform store also handles Plus purchases and purchase restoration.

Turning the switch off stops further optional collection and starts local cleanup. Data already sent is not immediately recalled. Service retention rules differ; there is no blanket promise that all data is deleted within 90 days. Use the privacy link under About Propivio for details.

Sharing sends selected content to the app or recipient you choose. Check it first. Protected partner payment data is masked locally; standard backups exclude it, encrypted backups include it.

Deleting records does not change older backups, exports or recipient copies. Resetting local data first creates a recovery point, so it does not erase every copy. Uninstalling normally removes the app’s private storage. Manage external copies separately and protect backup passwords.
