Propivio terms of use

1. Agreement and store terms

These terms govern your use of Propivio from SECURITY INSIGHTS S.R.L. They supplement the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play terms. If mandatory store terms or consumer law conflict, those mandatory rules prevail.

2. Licence

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use Propivio on supported devices associated with your store account for lawful purposes. You may not sell, sublicense, reverse engineer except where law permits, bypass entitlement controls, or use the app to infringe rights.

3. Free and Plus

Propivio Free supports active management of up to two properties. Propivio Plus is an optional annual, automatically renewing in-app subscription that unlocks the current Plus functions. The store screen shows the binding local price, tax, billing period and trial information, if any, before purchase; this website does not fix a price.

4. Purchase, renewal and cancellation

Apple or Google bills, renews, refunds and manages the subscription under the store account and applicable store rules. Unless cancelled in the store settings before renewal under those rules, the subscription renews automatically. Deleting Propivio does not cancel a subscription. Restore purchases through the app or store where available.

5. After Plus ends

If Plus expires while more than two properties exist, you choose exactly two for active Free use. The others become read-only archives; they are not deleted. You can view and export archived information and reactivate it by changing the active selection or restoring Plus.

6. Your data and responsibilities

You control the content entered or imported into Propivio and must have the right to process it. Keep device access secure, review records, maintain appropriate backups and comply with laws applying to property, tenant, contact, payment and document data. Propivio is an organisational tool, not legal, tax, accounting, valuation or engineering advice.

7. Backups and passwords

You decide when and where to create, store, share and restore backups. Standard backups are not encrypted and exclude payment accounts. Encrypted Plus backups depend on the password you choose; if it is lost, Zappapps cannot recover the password or file contents. Test important backups and protect every destination.

8. Availability and updates

We may provide fixes, compatibility changes and feature updates and may change Free or Plus features prospectively. Device, operating-system and store availability can affect use. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and will not intentionally remove local user data merely because a subscription ends.

9. Intellectual property and feedback

Propivio, its software, design, documentation and branding remain protected. These terms transfer no ownership. You may send feedback; you grant us permission to use it without disclosing confidential content or personal data unnecessarily.

10. Liability

Mandatory statutory liability and consumer remedies remain unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, keep independent backups: we are not responsible for loss caused by device failure, forgotten passwords, user deletion, unprotected export destinations, unsupported system changes or third-party store and sharing services outside our control.

11. Termination, law and changes

You may stop using the app at any time; subscription cancellation is handled in the store. We may terminate the licence for material misuse, subject to mandatory rights. Romanian law applies without removing mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence.

The version date identifies these terms. Material changes apply prospectively and, where required, will be communicated through the app, store or website. Contact support with product questions.
